The Wingboard Learner is your first step into the world of winging and/or windsurfing. This dual-sport model is a fin only version of our 79 Airfoil Learner, perfect for learning how to Wing or Windsurf without a foil. The 79 x 31 Wingboard Learner is easy to use, and a lightweight and fun model for first time riders.

WINGSURF WINDSURF SUP

Wingsurf:designed for those just getting started and want to learn winging without foil. Features center fin and forward side fins.

Windsurf:crossover capabilities for lighter riders up to 80kg features a mast base and center US side fins for upwind control.

Paddleboard:enjoy the water when the wind isnt blowing, great for kids and lighter riders.

DELUXE LITE CONSTRUCTION

Starboards lightest inflatable construction offers an impressive blend of reduced weight and enhanced control. The smaller size options make maneuvering the board effortless, giving you superior handling on the water.

THE WIDE NOSE AND TAIL

Provide entry-level riders with enough stability, while the length and the parallel rails generate the glide and speed required to get going on foil.

EASY TO USE

The Wingboard Learner measures 79 x 31, making it easier to maneuver and turn compared to the larger 104 Learner boards. This size is ideal for first-time riders, offering a more user-friendly experience.

TWO REMOVABLE CENTER FIN BOXES

Closer to the rails for better tracking and upwind reach. Remove the boxes for an improved paddling experience without the added weight or drag. Attach the boxes and mount the supplied Drake Shallow center fins to prevent the board from drifting sideways when windsurfing and wingboarding.

SOFT CARRY HANDLES

The Wingboard Learner is designed with soft EVA neoprene handles on both the nose and tail, making it easy for everyone to carry and transport the board. Additionally, it features a flat carry handle at the bottom for added convenience.

REMOVABLE MAST TRACK

For a flat deck in the paddle board mode.

EDGE RELEASE

3D rail Edge release creates a sharp edge for the water to release smoothly for optimal glide and speed.

FOLDABLE DROP FIN BOX

The fin box drop outline is designed to improve hydrodynamic efficiency, reducing drag by 50% for better overall performance.

WELDED RAIL TECHNOLOGY

The Welded Rail Technology creates a completely airtight, mechanically bonded seam without the risk of glue weakening over time. This makes Starboard inflatable paddle boards stronger and longer lasting.

LEASH, PUMP AND BAG

Included with the board: a lightweight leash (70g only), Tiki Pump with dual nozzles for both board and wing, and a travel-friendly wheelie bag.
