THE BCN
The BCN is a minimalistic board designed to cover a wide range of conditions. It features a simple outline with a wider nose and slightly pulled in rounded pintail. As The BCN should be ridden around 4-6 shorter than your standard short board It has a low entry rocker as well as low tail rocker providing good paddle power as well as drive off the back foot. To free up the tail I have added a vee-double concave in the area around the fin cluster to promote turning. A quad concave entry breaks up the water freeing up the nose, which ultimately gets caught up in the double within single concave through the belly of the board providing lift and speed for the rider. The BCN is a great board for performance surfing in rolling small to medium waves.
